So, actually, it is Friday for Christmas in 2009, and Friday is the beginning of the Shabbat for Jews. So technically, it can be considered a bad time to work.

Also, this conversation is much longer than it is in that panel;
J: Lexi, can you and Andrea do the dishes?
L: Slave labour? I toil not on ye high holy days!
J: You are not Jewish, and neither is Christmas.
L: But Friday IS
J: YOUR NOT JEWISH!
L Are you sure?
J: Are you Lexi?
L: No. But you didn't know that!
J: Just go do the dishes!
....sometimes I like to imagine them talking away from Annie. Trying to figure out what they say when she can't hear them. But this was just fun.

Frame 4: I'm fairly certain you legally have to encrypt patient files as a government employee.

5: Dan! Focus! Then again, Dan has a level 80 tauren shaman, and now he won't slideshow during raids. I can see why he might be distracted.

And with that, we bid farwell to the my pen. It lasted less than a week with all the spamming of terrible art I'm doing.

Goodnight, sweet pen.
Goodnight, sweet friend.
You lie but empty
Someday we will meet again
With rosemary green and bright
You're not forgotten, eternal night.

..its costing me like 10 bucks a week in pens now.

I like that Annie's feeling comfortable enough in this house to make the comment about the gravy not being up to par. Comfort zone for the win.

I a officially jealous. I'm 29 and I've still never had the opportunity to learn to drive, let alone have someone give me a car. XD

@Fey Prevesk: I knew those looked like car keys! They are supposed to be house keys. Lemme re-write that.

@GreenKrog: I think it's the pair of keys that did it, I've never needed two of a house key. XD

@Fey Prevesk: Deadbolt and knob keys. Unless I'm in an apartment I've always had two. Er, I have front door and my door for the apartment, so I guess I have two there.

Fun fact, when I lived in Calgary, I never locked my door. I understand statistics, after all. Paranoid roommates these days cramp my style :(
