Well, that's it. 22 pages in one week. Not particularly proud of a single one of them. They conveyed the story properly, but they didn't have a lot of content. It feels like I phoned it in pretty hard. Hopefully the next batch will be better.

Oh hell, I forgot, I don't work on Monday. They are forcing me to take time off. This isn't going to be fun. Time off is a very bad idea right now.

Anyways. For all you readers out there, thank you for being with me. It means so much that every day you come and read the story, say nice words, and hope for the best for Toni. I hope you all find inner peace and happiness. Find that joy that you deserve, because, you all truly deserve it.
Because of you, I can wake up. Thank you.

You truly deserve it.

"Find that joy that you deserve, because, you all truly deserve it." You know this applies to you too. I hope Toni figures out who she wants to be. I'll stick around to find out.

@Tom: I know intellectually that it applies to me too. Getting my heart to understand that is a different matter entirely.
Thanks for sticking around long enough for the art and story to improve to functional levels, I really appreciate that.

@Valley: This is probably my favourite set of pages ever. It just turned out so bloody well and they make me so happy and SQUEEEEE!!

The story is strong and the art works most of the time. I get it that you're working on the art side. As long as the story works, it could be stick figures and I'd still read it. Keep going, I'll keep reading.

I keep telling you that you indeed have a purpose in life, AnnaKrog ! Every day now, after I wake up, I go online, and after reading a daily devotional, I go to Wildflowers and read and critique what you have posted during the previous night. What you draw and say are among the first things that I consider at the beginning of each day.

@CuteDress&TwinPonytails: Having a purpose and having that purpose be in your heart are two different worlds. I really do appreciate that people keep coming back, that it is important to them.

Quite literally, the only thing that got me out of bed while I was in the hospital was writing and drawing. The only thing keeping me on the rails is drawing 5 hours a night and fixing 4 hours during the day. The only thing that gets me awake is seeing that happy little email that someone posted a comment.
Such is my life. At least I'm still living it though. I wouldn't wish depression on anyone, ever.
