Frame 4 never works out properly. What is it with straight guys and thinking it would be hot to switch bodies?

About the art;
Mitch is cleaning the blood off of Annie with the scarf. Poorly, but, there is a lot of blood.
Last frame, her sleeve is almost ripped off. Yes, she has a huge upper arm - keep in mind, she is losing a lot of weight, but she is still... ahem... rotund.
And Mitch is wrapping her in his scarf. Now that is a gentleman.

This should be my last personal post. All the other ones have been removed, and may be added at some point to a livejournal or blog or something to give a little more insight into my broken and fractured soul. Right now, I am in no way suicidal or depressed or anything, I am just tired, and all the personal posts about the horrendous nature of my life don't help.

So in closing, here is my final personal message to my readers, and to every person out there who yearns for their day in the sun;

Readers - please don't be me. Don't let yourself get to this point. Tell your friends. Hell, even tell me, I can't help myself, but I can damn well help you.
Make your life an actionable item.
Make your life truly alive.
You are worth so much, and you deserve joy. Unlimited, pure, absolute, joy. Whatever you think you did, whatever sin you feel you committed that cannot be forgiven, it is forgiven. Let the weight off of your shoulders. Live for happiness, and make those around you happy. Then your life is worth more than all the gold in heaven, and your laughter will be the ringing bells of an afterlife worth living towards.
Shalom, readers.

How can I be truly joyful, if I know that you are suffering ? How can I be happy, if knowing by your comments that you are not happy ? How can I be forgiven, if I always suspect that you may never be able to forgive yourself ? Your life here on earth as a transgender person, as bad as it seems to be, AnneKrog, is already worth more than any so-called " heaven " ! How can I make you believe that these truths apply to yourself as well as myself, so that only after knowing and believing that, you and I can be truly alive ?

@CuteDress&TwinPonytails: That's exactly why I am now caught up on removing any personal comments about myself and my fucked up life. From here backwards, and from here forwards, the only thing this webcomic will be about is Annie's life, and hope. Which is what it should have been from the start.
If I am blathering on about a message of hope and love and it isn't applying to me, how does that help anyone? It doesn't.
So my offline presence will cease to exist more than it already has, and my online one will become angelic. Hard to dispute that as a living afterlife.

I don't think that you can separate Annie's life from AnneKrog's life, at least not completely. I, and many of your fans, care for, and am concerned about both ! We love you AnneKrog/Annie. You can't separate yourself from that !

And given Annie's en-route to a concert, Bloody Maiden II - Now With Added Bloody Knight!

Hopefully, getting beaten up by transphobic "fans" of the band before going on stage won't become a habit...

I hope you are in a better place now.

This comic is wonderful, the story is so truthful and doesn't shy away from the difficult stuff, or merely gloss over the issues in a token strip.

As the author and creator of Wildflowers, and from your comments I know you are a good person. A beautiful woman. I hope you can begin to shine inside again soon. (Sorry, I know I am commenting so very much later). You do shine brightly, love. And I know how hard it can be to connect to your own inner light (I struggle myself).

Even though I am posting this a year and a half later - I want you to know that you are important to and cared about by your fans. I have read all the comments and conversations underneath each comic strip, and to me they are an equal part of what makes the comic so important. I just wish I had been reading this at the time, so I could have joined in with the conversations.

@GreenKrog: I am writing this 3 years after this post in question but since we both know Venus Envy I think some of what happened with her disappearance had to do with her not talking to anyone. Maybe if there had been more information there could have been more help and support.
