I dislike the text bomb in the first frame. Seems jenky.

But frame 2 and 3 made up for it. Artsy.

I realized as I was texting this - Annie has never once mentioned how she got out of it. To anyone. I wonder if she can even remember? Or if she is trying to forget?

Whatever - it was long overdue.

Also, I'm now looking forward to the grey semi-cicle and a > everyday now :-)

@stickygirl: I give up. I've been trying to figure out what the heck your comment meant for like, the last 5 hours, and I still haven't the foggiest.

Oh heck - sorry. I'm just conscious of taking too many words to explain. So long overdue Annie spoke her mind and stood up to that teacher.
And when you post a new page then we see the link to it which is a grey semi-circle with a > in it. It's a highlight of my day now!!!

@GreenKrog: That's one heck of a buffer! Presumably you're able to churn out several strips per day, which is pretty darn impressive given some Webcomic authors spend at least half a week on a single strip...
...then again, some rely on an entire team, with one person writing, another pencilling, another inking and a fourth colouring.

Yes, I'm very well aware that your strips probably would look out of place in an art gallery, but they're perfectly sufficient to illustrate what's going on. Besides which, if Randall Munroe (xkcd) can get away with using mere stick figures, and other artists have occasionally dispensed with all art in favour of a complete wall of text... :D

@mittfh: Yeah, I keep roughly 53 weeks ahead. I can't make myself stop, actually. I had to put a hard cap of 10 a week to make sure I actually learn to relax and do something other than WF.

My art has hit the point of "meh" and now the words can do what they are supposed to do and not have eye bleeding in your room while you read. The difference with XKCD is, he is brilliant - I'm more of long winded.

You are awesome. This is a great story, and I am happy to be reading it. It has turned into one of my favorite webcomics.

@Lex-Kat: Why, thank you! I would totally call you an archive troll, but I spent my Christmas vacation (in between family stuff) re-reading Venus Envy for like the 80th time.
