A few weeks ago (posting date), my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He is currently weighing options. I had to use the phrase 'If you don't, I won't have a father any more'. I never want to have to say that. Nobody should ever have to say that.
In the weeks after, I kept thinking, maybe if I win the lottery then I would have enough money that he can get whatever treatment he needs. I'm still hoping deep down that I do, so he can.

This was posted 10 months ago, on Oct 5, 2013. Dad, you better still be alive. You don't have my permission to leave me. Not now, not ever.

I'm sorry for drawing you so badly over and over. Just.. stay alive so I can keep trying, ok? Please?

No text here sounds bad but I hoping for the best for you both.
Live every day like it's your last, not his. It's what every parent wants from their children.
Big love honey x
