I'm fully aware that the reflection is bigger than her. It was deliberate, as most things I do with mirrors are.

I'm also fully aware that the hat in frame 2 looks stupid as hell and the hand in 4 is screwed up.
Anything else I massively screwed up that people want to bring up? Anyone?

@GreenKrog: I'm Pretty sure anybody who has read more than 5 pages of this wonderful webcomic aren't going to nitpick your art. Your Character have evolved, and so does your artwork!, Both are bound to have a few bumps along the way.

I've read through the archive 3 times in as many days; I can't seem to get enough of it.

I DO have to admit, I'm kinda curious how you post the comic in real time, and post Author Comments from 2013...

I'm also very surprised that your local to me. I live in Red Deer Myself!.
Cheer Fellow Albertan!

@Drunkenmists: Thank you for the nice things you've said. I can't express enough how much each reader means to me.

Comics are not actually posted in real time. They are posted a year ahead. If I dropped off the planet tomorrow, you would still have Wildflowers until Aug 6, 2015. What can I say, WF is somewhere between a passion, and obsession, and a reason to fight depression.

Sorry, but I'm not longer local. I live way out in Vancouver - came for work, stayed for.. uh.. I wanna go home. I kid, though, Calgary will always be my home. Until the day I get to go back to my snowy hellscape in Alberta, hey, you can always come visit me in BC!

There could be two interpretations of what's going on here:

a) Annie's being stupid and trying to go back to being Tony again full-time (as implied by the "cold, hard truth" thought in the last strip),

b) Annie's disguising herself and practicing a deep voice in order to 'pass' as male for the purposes of going to the dance with Sophie (in which case the dye might be temporary. After all, while her hair appears shorter, she has retained a (low) ponytail rather than cutting it all off.

@mittfh: I feel it's more of a moment of large regret. She's taken many steps forward; And this is the step back in the wrong direction. Yesterdays Lady who yelled at her just served to cement this in her mind again.

The title of this installment is called " Brown ". That refers to the spilled coffee, as well as the now colour of Annie's hair ?

The emblem on the baseball cap is that of the Calgary Flames hockey team ?

@CuteDress&TwinPonytails: I didn't even think about the coffee. I suppose that is valid. It really just meant her hair though. Hmm.. odd parallels. We are deep, you and I.

The emblem is indeed the Flame logo. Well, the good one anyways, we have a flaming Nightmare thing now that looks kind of stupid. It looks like a horse with flame boogers. Not impressed, we weren't. Also, this is the last you will hear my talk about the Flames, probably ever, cuz.. sports?
