Was it something to do with him and his gay friend? I don't remember what page it was on, but didn't he cause something with that? They would most likely have some knowledge of what happened. Though it could be far worse, given his past attitudes and the implications given recently. That's the only directly mentioned thing i could think of off the top of my head.
Maybe something will come out in the trial...
