There is a lot more to say on this subject. I will cover it more tomorrow.

Btw, true story. My dad's garage burnt down, and my older sister's (stepsister's, whatever) Barbies melted. One of my suppressed memories, which I recovered after I stopped hating myself - I remember playing with them, and being happy. I didn't know why. But I did. And my dad, he didn't try to take them away from me. He did prompt me towards less girly toys. Wouldn't most fathers in the 80s?
Funny the things we remember when we stop trying to hold it all back.
