It sort of seems like they are having two different conversations, while at the same time sharing the same conversation.
(For those who forgot, Andrea has a tan).

So, the night I drew this was a very emotional one for me, but it might not actually be apparent why. I am sure some of you don't have a clue what those last two frames mean except for the exchange of words. Well, simply put, that is a hand drawing of the wristband I was given in the hospital when I killed myself. The numbers are the same, the layout is the same, only the names are changed.

Annie gave her suicide wristband to Andrea, tied to a short rope. So if Andrea ever feels like she can't go on, and she wants to die, she can look at this wristband - not her own failure, but how her friend managed to live. And how, like Annie felt alone but never truly was, so too is Andrea loved.
Andrea gave her wristband to Annie, wrapped on a pill bottle. It is to remind Annie that there is always a choice. No matter how scared she is to face what she is afraid of, she can face the hardships of the world. Andrea was terrified. But now that she is out of it, she never, ever has to face it alone again. Now Annie has that wristband, so she knows that her choices will always be supported by those who love her.

I apologize for the poor writing, I could have done it digitally, but I hope you can see why I did it by hand.

I don't understand what we're supposed to be seeing in the last panel. I can't tell what it is.

@TallMist: The last two frames contain a pill bottle and a piece of rope. Attached to them are the hospital bands from when Tony and Andrea were admitted to the hospital. The pill bottle is how Annie had tried to kill herself, and the rope is how Andrea had intended to kill herself.
They gave their wristbands to each other to show that they would never be alone in this again. So if Andrea ever feels so far put out that she wants to end her life by hanging, she can see Annie's band and remember how they both lived. If Annie ever wants to take a bottle of pills again, she can see Andrea's tag and find peace that Andrea made it too.

@CuteDress&TwinPonytails: Yes to both ponies.
PHN is indeed patient number.
M = male (since Annie was admitted as Tony and all).

I have no bloody clue what MRN or IA are. When I was given a band a few months ago for cutting myself bad enough to need stitches, the band was printed before I was diagnosed. My guess would be that MRN is for medical registered nurse or something?

@steph: It may seem counterproductive, but listen to me clearly. There is absolutely no shame in suicide. If it comes to that, and you have no other options, the last thing you need is to think that you are weak for trying this. I want you to live, but I also don't know how bad your situation is. This said, killing myself (successfully, my heart stopped and everything) was the best thing to happen to me. I finally got the help I needed. I found people who cared about me, and I found that the people who I thought didn't care were simply powerless to help me before it was clear how bad things where. I hope that it does not come to this with you. But listen to me: you have to do what you have to do, and there is no shame in that weakness. There is no shame in being weak. If you need to cry, you fucking cry. If you need to hurt for a while so that you can feel better later, you fucking hurt. There is no shame in weakness - when you can be weak, it gives you a power you never knew you had.

Annie can kill herself any time she wants to. She knows what will put her in a coma. She knows how easy it is to take enough pills and just go to sleep. But she no longer needs to because she knows that all the people she thought could never help her, are there to help her.

I am doing my best to keep up with updates. I am about three months behind right now, but my brain wont let me do any better than that. I promise I am doing my best to keep people like you, and people like me, looking to the next day.

If you ever need to talk, for any reason, about anything, you message me, and I will be there. Andrea is not alone if she calls Annie. Annie is not alone if she calls Andrea. And you are not alone if you call me.

@GreenKrog: MRN is Medical Record Number. You get a different PHN for each time you go to the hospital but the MRN is the number that is you for every visit. It ties all of your visits together for a complete medical history. And I don't know what IA is either.
