See? Crazy eyes! Btw, it took a lot of effort to not put "eh" as in "ehsexual". Which is a Canadian Asexual.

For some reason, Erica has never been prettier to me than she is in frame 4. And the argument she made in 6 is what every transperson who thinks they are a crossdresser needs to hear.

Erica is secretly terrifying.
"I could go to the forum and say stuff about you too. (Implied: I will rek you)"

Also, I love Erica. I feel like she's probably the most dependable and reasonable person in this comic (not that other characters are bad, it's just I think I would most likely be friends with Erica in real life).

@Erin: While the rest of us would take it as an implication of threat, I am 99% sure that Erica meant it in the most literal sense. Like, just a statement of fact. I think if she learned how to threaten people, the city would be brought to its knees.

I love Erica too. I appreciate stoic delivery of information and then moving on with life. She is like a rock, exactly the type of person you need to tell you when you are being stupid.

@GreenKrog: I don't even think she understood that it could potentially be interpreted as a threat. Whether because she won't or can't (I'm thinking the latter), she doesn't seem to factor emotional response into the equation before saying something. As a friend, she'd be the perfect person to call you out on your bullshit, or to defend you from other people's bullshit through the power of rational discourse. However, she would probably not be who you call when you're feeling bad and you just need someone who can empathize and give you emotional support. Maybe that's why it's useful to have multiple friends...

Go, go, Erica!

AS others above have said, sometimes it's useful to have a straight talking ally, who doesn't beat about the bush but gets directly to the point.

As well as her crossdressing comment, the other powerful one is Panel 5 - "Seems like solid evidence she is a girl. Or trying hard enough to be one that the difference doesn't matter."

Just ignore what you think you know about her ventral pelvic region and concentrate on every other aspect of Annie - i.e. what you knew of her before looking at the forums.
