Frame 3 has serious perspective issues. Sorry.

WHY CAN'T JULIE KNOW?! ANNIE! STOP! TELL YOUR MOTHER! AAAGH!
I'm a non-violent person. But knowing that Lexi seriously hurt that guy makes me happy. I am not going to lie, I almost started writing Annie going to the hospital where the guy is there and smothering him to death with a pillow. Which would be horrible, but.. I sort of have an issue with people who do stuff like what happened to Annie.

So.. Annie has been awake for about 41 hours now. Woke up early on Tuesday morning, long day, stayed awake overnight to prevent brain damage from the concussion, stayed awake all day thinking instead of talking, and it is now 11:46 at night and she is still awake and not talking. Great.

So, why can't Annie contact the police again? There was an attempted rape... is it just that she doesn't want them to know she's trans?

@Nick: Historically, Annie has not had a very good history with the police, or authority figures in general. If you recall the incident at the school dance, and how Annie had to go give her story about why Vic got attacked (aug 2014, I know, forever ago), you will recall that the police station made fun of her the whole time. And that was when she wasn't even the one who was attacked.
The unfortunate reality is that there is a strong chance that she will be blamed for what happened. I'm not saying that this is some great 'rape culture' thing, but there is evidence that people who report rape, especially those in 'fringe' groups in Canada, are blamed or ignored. Look at the Quebec police force and the native women. Look at the transwoman in Vancouver (the trans-est city in north america) and how she was treated when she was put in prison.
In some cases, going to the police only makes things worse. I am in NO way saying that she shouldn't go and report it. She should. She needs to. I'm only saying it will probably be harder than the assault itself.
