Originally I was going to write lyrics in frame 5, but I decided against it. Nothing I can write would express properly what Annie is singing.

@CuteDress&TwinPonytails: Usually Annie sings heavier stuff instead of slow stuff. If she does slow, it is probably acoustic bass country music. If you recall, the covers she has done have usually been angry ragey teenage angst music (KoRn, disturbed, etc).
In this case, it is probably new material, not anything anyone else has done. I may not be up on how music is composed, but when I say 'just jam along' I meant that the band has no idea what they are supposed to play, they are just supposed to play somewhat in line with what she is singing.

Besides, can you see P trying to go slow enough to play Mad World? She would be bored out of her mind!

@GreenKrog

Pretty much jam session, or freestyle, and I can understand not having words. In my series of stories, there is a few references to a song by a metal/sadcore-exist-in-that-fictional-worlds-band, called; Soul Crusher Symphony, that's supposed to be this seriously depressing, suicidal, cynical song, that is the epitome of any ever written. Somethin way darker than anything Poe ever wrote. I can only fathom the lyrics, and instruments that would be used. I wish I could actually write it.

I could tell by the look on the bassist, that whatever she sung, would probably be on my playlist, and it was some real moving shit. Cover bands are nice and all that, but when you come uo with original music, people listen.

damn I wish I had a band.
