Why GreenKrog, WHY? I will tell you why. Because being transgender probably made me bipolar, and I know very few trans people who haven't been deeply hurt by the challenges they faced and came out with a mental illness of some kind. Constantly trying to swim upstream may make you strong, but it will also make you distance yourself from the pain.
It is a winnable battle. If we have the time we need, and the support of people who will help us, we can beat mental illnesses. I never thought I could be as well off as I am right now, but, I am.

This is not to say that there won't always be struggles from our memories. After going for the first time in years without serequol for a few months, I am not back on it to deal with my depression. It won't last though - it will pass, and I will get better.
All that Julie wants is to help Annie get where she doesn't need the drugs.

I think Flint gets that now.

Transgender to bipolar to seroquel... Is this a common event chain? Because I've lived it, and heard it a few times now...
