I didn't realize when I was writing the original page what it would come to. But it became clear to me what became clear to Julie - that Annie still can't see herself for herself.

And how can you know who you are now, if you don't recall where you came from? You need to build a foundation for the rest of who you are. And that's hard.

I really like this arc. It's so important to, as Julie says, embrace who you are and stop trying to define yourself by what you aren't. I think that mindset is a big problem in the free world, not just for Trans people but for the majority of the populace. We have lots of freedom to choose who we are but we're often so lost in the endless possibilities that we look around us and say "well I'm not that." So instead of getting a list of things we are, we make a list of things we aren't.

P.S. You missed an "E" in "fe(e)ling sexy."
